Prices

Minimum order size is 12 bottles.

All prices are subject to availability and confirmation of order. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of duty, VAT and delivery charges. An ex-London delivery surcharge may be applied.

Should you wish to purchase under bond (ex-vat and ex-duties), please contact us as this can be arranged.

 

Delivery

Wines are typically dispatched weekly and goods should be received within 14 days of the order being placed and the invoice settled, unless another date has been agreed or stated.

Should goods not be received within this deadline, the consumer is entitled to cancel the order and claim a full refund.

Any claim for loss or damage must be made in writing within five days of receipt of invoice.

 

Title

Title in all goods remains with Cape Grape Wine Co. until paid in full.

Whilst all our wines are thoroughly checked to ensure provenance and good condition, we will not be held responsible for any wine to be found out of condition.

At our complete discretion we will consider a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

 

Payment

Payment is due on invoice and goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared and payment has been received in full.

 

Orders

Orders can be cancelled at ay time prior to delivery and for a period of seven working days thereafter. Refunds will be made within 30 days of any cancelled order and, for orders already delivered, the customer is responsible for returning the goods.
